How do I sign up for service?

How does billing work?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and direct bank ACH. We can bill on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis.

We send bills on the first of each month, which are payable upon receipt.

Customers can sign up for auto-pay. We process auto-payments on the 5th of each month.

Customers can view their account and set up online bill pay here.

What areas do we service?

Coastal Bend Waste services the Rockport, Fulton, Lamar, Aransas Pass and surrounding Aransas County area.

What is your Valet Service?

Our valet service is perfect for weekenders, rental houses, or anyone who wants to forget about their trash pickup!

On trash pickup day, our staff pulls your bin to the curbside and returns it to its normal place beside your house once the trash is deposited.

What days do we pickup?

Currently we only offer once a week pickup to residential accounts. We service our customers throughout the week. Call or email us to inquire on your specific trash pickup day!
